新八食堂

上着を脱いでも汗ばむ陽気である。ランチは珍しく行列していなかった新八食堂へ。


銀鮭塩焼定食(580円)#ご飯半分
炭火で焼かれた鮭は、脂がのっており大変美味い。米も上質なもので甘みがある。見ての通り至ってシンプルな構成だが、各々の素材、調理に手抜かりが無く、和定食の極みといっても良い。この値段でよくやるものだと感心してしまう。
