低GI生活について(経過)

低ＧＩ生活を始めて2ヶ月経った。昼飯はご覧の通りやらかしをいれつつも(殴)、基本はそば。夜は酎ハイかウイスキーハイボールを煽りながら肉、魚、大豆食品等をおかずに、できるだけ炭水化物を避けている。その結果、体重は2kg程度減少した。ま、これは水分の誤差ともいえるかもしれないが、驚いたのが血圧の下降だ。上下共に平均20〜10程度下ったという事実(145〜95→125〜85)。

上記の食生活以外には、一日一回EPAサプリ飲んでいる。血圧の下降が体重減からなのか、はたまた血管の通りが良くなったのかは今のところの謎だが、半ば降圧剤を覚悟していたので、嬉し過ぎる変化である。もう少し下の血圧が下れば言うことなしだ。
ということで、全く辛くはないマイGI生活。血圧の低下は一時的なものかもしれなので油断せず、今後も同様の生活続け、数値のレポートをしてみたい。
