島根出張日。
昼に到着し、空港近くの波積屋(はづみや)でそばランチ。


わさびづくしの割り子そば
綺麗な水で育ったと思われる透明感のあるわさびの味が良い。

昼からの業務をしっかり終え、チェックイン後、夜の松江の街に繰り出す。本日の会場は湖粋（こいき）。コース料理を頂く。



どれも手が込んでいて美味。おもてなしの気分を存分に味わえるお店だった。
コース料理だったが、やや上品な量だったので(筆者にはちょうどよい)、二次会は対面にある呉竹へご案内いただく。
銘酒玉鋼を煽りつつ寿司を頬張る。



涙ちょちょぎれのアテに唸っていたところ、別で飲んでいたＫさんの知り合いの社長さんから、こんな差し入れが届く。


のどぐろの寿司。こりゃ～言葉にならん美味さだわ！さらには玉鋼大吟醸の四合瓶まで差し入れていただき、感謝感激の完全体となったのだった(殴)
いやはや、すごかった。Kさん、ごちそうさまでした。

そしてホテルに戻り、、、

本格的なシーズンが始まったわけだ（泣）
