彩の国の花園出張。外環道が超絶混んでいたので、東北道→圏央道ルートで迂回し、時間通りに到着した。やや距離はあるが、東東京から関越に抜けるのにこのルートが使えるのは有り難い。
車の温度計は37度。ぽたぽた滴る汗をかきつつ業務を終え、ランチは寄居まで足を伸ばし、八千代うなぎへ。

寄居では知らぬ人はいない老舗らしい。


うな重(竹)
20分ほど待って出てきた。脂ののった鰻は、箸で持って崩れ、口の中でとろけるもの。今までに経験がない食感で、刺身で例えるならば中トロである。タレの味付は濃過ぎず甘過ぎずで、うなぎの本来の味を存分に愉しむ事ができた。超絶美味！お見事っ！
