愛媛出張(その1)

愛媛出張日。初日は特段の出張業務はなく、関係者との打合せで終わった。
夜飯は釜焼鳥本舗で焼鳥を喰らう。焼鳥といっても、丸亀名物の骨付き鶏のモモ焼きだ。固く噛みごたえのある親鳥をいただいた。

噛めば噛むほどに旨味が出てくる。スパイスとにんにくの味付けもよく、実に美味かった。

二次会は無理やりNちゃんを拉致し、バーmille vague oneへ。

前回訪問時とバーテンダーが変わっていた。織田信成君似の彼は、気さくで話もしやすい。アレンジしたカクテルをテイスティングさせてくれたりと、ホスピタリティもナイスだった。Nちゃんとも腹を割った話もでき、充実のひと時を過ごすことができた。
