9/25(火)宮崎出張

午前中はタイムリミットが迫っている仕事をバタバタ片づける。。
ランチは富士そばでいつものやつを。

冷ゆず鶏ほうれん草そば

ゆっくり味わう間もなく、午後から宮崎→鹿児島出張。

通常、この空港では海からダイレクトに着陸するのだが、いったん山に向かって市街地から着陸するコースを使った。風が強い時に使うコースとのことだ。
　
チェックイン後、Ｍさんと落ち合って夜の宮崎の街へ。
本日の会場は杉の子。宮崎の郷土料理を出すお店とのこと。



宮崎は肉も魚も美味い。
これらのコース料理を、地元の芋焼酎、日南娘、川越で流した。

二次会は少し街の方に戻って万作へ。絞ったメニューで勝負するコアな居酒屋だ。

湯豆腐＆串
ここの名物料理である串は、豚のタンを刺したもの。皮がカリッと中がコリコリとした新鮮な食感。噛めば脂がしたたるジューシーな逸品だった。
さすがは食通Ｍさんならではのお店選び。いつもありがとうございます！
ホテルに戻り、ハイボールを飲んでる途中で気を失っていた。気を失う前に、ドーミーの夜泣きナンチャラを手繰ったらしいけど（殴）
