10/15（月）藤参＠三田

諭吉大学の近くにラーメン屋がオープンしていた。過去、ここは店ができては消えるを短いスパンで繰り返しており、オーナー泣かせの一方で、不動産屋にはめっぽう美味しい土地である。なので、また短命か？と勘ぐりから入ってしまった。

とんこつラーメンとあるが、家系ラーメン。家系というジャンルが定着しているというのに、甚だ紛らわしいやつだ。しかも、厨房は広々としているのに客には立って食わせるという俺系ならぬ俺様スタイル。のっけから、この店どうなのよ？とカオスな気分になった。ちなみに、この地にはかつて家系ラーメン屋もあったが、一年と持たなかった。

まぁ～そこそこのやつだろう。ふんふん。あれ、これ、うまくね！?やや醤油が勝っているものの、豚骨からしっかりコクと旨味がでている。麺は家系の標準麺の2/3ほどのショートタイプ。箸で持ち上げにくいが、食べやすい。家系お馴染みの肩ロースのチャーシューに海苔もレンソウもいい仕事をしている。いやはや、なかなかやる(苦笑)
味だけみれば近くの無源家は超え、笑の家に近いレベルにある。チャッチャとかっ込むには、いい店ができたという結論でした（笑）
