午後から札幌。ランチはかつやで済ます。

かつ丼(梅)
変な言葉だとは思うが、普通にうまいとしか言いようがない。それよりも、100円引きのクーポン利用で429円。消費税を割り戻すと397円。素晴らしいとしか言いようがない(笑)

飛行機と快速に揺られて札幌へ。降りるとさすがに空気が冷たい。ホテルにチェックイン後、ロンリーポロサツナイトは、開陽亭@すすきのへ。

いずれも鮮度抜群で美味し！中でも時鮭とニシンがデラうまだった。時鮭のアラで作られたあら汁も最高〜っ！
これらのアテを、地酒十一州と福司で流せば、孤独飲みも何のそので、極上のポロサツナイトを堪能できたのだった。

すすきので肉を喰らうなら、ジンギスカンのだるま、魚ならば開陽亭。間違いない選択肢だ。
