午前中、霞ヶ関での重たい任務を経て宇都宮へ。ランチは王様のラーメン@江曽島で。

こってりラーメン


牛骨を強火で炊き、トロトロになるまでに煮込んだスープで、ややビターな味付け。麺は極太麺。ツルツルムチムチとした食感が面白い。肉はすじ肉を炒めたものがたくさん乗っている。総じて美味い、とは思う。しかしね、、、

これがすべてを台無しにしてるという事実。店内に充満している灯油の臭いで、このスープの匂いが全く鼻孔にはいってこないのだ(泣)店長！これはイカンぜよ〜。

ちゃちゃと仕事を済ませてチェックイン後、夜は東武宇都宮駅前にあるふくべへ。

何の下調べもせず、店構えで君に決めたのやつ。


ここはなんぞね！煮込み、もつ焼き、共に絶品じゃないか。宇都宮にもこんな名店があるとはなぁ〜。居酒屋選びの嗅覚に自画自賛したのだった(爆)

宇都宮はバーの街。
