バイトAKBだかなんだかの若い女性が独学で作ったというお店とのこと。おじさん、そこら辺はよく知りません(笑)

味噌ラーメン(800円)

昨今の独自系味噌ラーメンとは一線を画す正統派札幌味噌ラーメン。麹の風味とややスパイス味の効いたスープで、懐かしささえ覚えるスープ。味噌ラーメンは味噌の個性故にバランスが難しいラーメン。何れの素材が突出してしまいがちになることが多いが、こちらはどの素材が前面に出ることがなく絶妙なバランスを保っている。油分多めで終始熱いのも嬉しい。

麺は中太のややウエーブがかかった麺。札幌味噌ラーメンでお馴染みの黄色いゴム麺ではなく、小麦の風味よく、ツルツルと喉越しの良いもの。スープとの相性も良く、ゴムの苦手な筆者としては嬉しい。ややメンマの塩分濃度が高かったが、それ以外は文句なしに美味かった。次回は醤油と塩を試してみよう。いい店発見！
