予想以上に昨日の担々麺のダメージが大きく、あっさり系の一杯を求めて。

えーーっ！これがここのタンメン!!??
毎度お馴染みの清湯スープではなく、茶濁したもの。

飲んでみると、ラードで野菜がしっかり炒められたスープと分かる。コクコクで旨〜っ！なんだよ、やればできんじゃん！(笑)

甘みのある平打ち麺。ずっと噛んでいたい♪

いやはや、120点だよこれ。料理人が変わったのか、店のマニュアルが変わったのかしらんけど、この味なら週2,3日は来たくなるぞと。次回がどうなっているか楽しみだ。
