9/17 味噌ラーメン考 伝蔵

どさん子、くるまや、熊ぼっこ、えぞ菊、味噌一、サッポロ一番。若い頃はどのラーメンよりも味噌ラーメンが好きだったが、今では他の味より積極的ではなくなった。嗜好が変わったといえばそれまでだが、昨日のど・みそを食し、改めて、味噌ラーメンとは何たるかを考えてみようという気になった。

ということで、まずは灯台下を明るくすべく、ほっぽらかしにしている田町ラーメン事情のメンテを入れながら味噌ラーメン編を追加することにしたい。

伝蔵ラーメン。もともとは天下一(天下一品ではない)だったが、10年前ほどにこの屋号となり、しぶとくw頑張っている。現在はすき家のゼンショー傘下となっている。

白味噌ラーメン(680円)

やけど必至の熱々スープはニンニク臭がかなり強めだが、柔らかく優しい味わい。もう少し旨味を効かせてやれば、格段に良くなるポテンシャルを秘めている。

麺は小麦の風味、甘みを感じはするものの、個性的ではなく、可もなく不可もない。まぁ、この優しいスープに合わせる麺として考えた時、アレでもないしこれでも無さそうだし、やはりここらへんに落ち着くのかな、といったところ。

この割引券を使うと630円。うーむ、値段で味の評価が左右する訳じゃないけど、悪い気はしないかもしんない(爆)
