今日のタイトルを見て、｢なんだ、日高屋かよ！｣と思われたに違いない。確かにどこにでもある日高屋だが、味噌ラーメンを見定める上で水準を決めておく必要があり、今や大衆の中華となっている日高屋こそ、それになり得るのではないか、と思ったわけだ。

味噌ラーメン(520円)

野菜とスープを炒めるタイプの味噌ラーメン。業務用スープの範疇だが、風味、旨味、コクのバランスが良く、後を引く味わい。これこそまさに、昔一番好きだった味噌ラーメンの味だ。野菜もたっぷりなのが嬉しい。

麺は野菜たっぷりタンメン同様の中太麺。味噌ラーメンでも相性は悪くはなかった。

ということで、CP的な評価をしたらどの店も太刀打ち出来無いが、純粋に味の部分においても、これが水準だと他の店はキツい気がしますね😅
