ラーメンの新店に行って三田。煮干し＋鶏のダブルスープがウリのようだ。

マイルドな鶏の出汁がどっしり土台を作り、煮干しが前面に立っているスープ。ラインナップには濃厚なスープも用意されているが、ノーマルのスープでも十分な濃度。玉ねぎは好き嫌いが別れそうなトッピングだ。

麺はストレートの細麺。さして特徴はないが、噛み心地よく、小麦の風味が良いもの。スープとの相性は良い。
苦手なエグみ系ではなく、心地よい煮干しの風味。突出してはいないが、なかなか美味かった。気が向いたらまた食べに来ようかなと思う。
