丼を傾けズズっとやると…う、うんまぁ〜〜〜っ！！開店当初の味が見事に復活してるぞ！ファッティがやるようになってから、しばらくコクのないスープになり下がっていたが、今日のはどうして、きちんと下処理されたとんこつの深いコクに、甘く柔らかい鶏油がコーティングされ、マイルドの極致、極上の家系スープとなっていた。

美味いスープで泳ぐ麺も喜んでいる！このスープあってのこの家の麺。パーフェクトだ。
いやはや、感動〜っ、星5つです！今後、これが続いてくれることを願っている。
