具の多い特撰だと汁の味がごちゃごちゃになるが、これだと終始シンプルに味わえる。ごぼう天の食感も悪くない。

午後から出張予定だったが、先方との最終的な調整ができていなかったようで取りやめとなった😱

ダブルブッキングしてキャンセルしていた万次郎君との飲み会を復活させるべく連絡したところ、遇にも近場で仕事をしているとのことで即OK牧場。どうしてもホルモンを食べたい万君の要望を叶えるべく、ホルモン屋だん@新橋を予約した。
