昼時、部下君の作業服を調達しに、腰痛大王の店@新橋へ行く。作業服は在庫がなく取り寄せとなったが、筆者の靴を安く買えたのが良かった(笑)

ラーメンが好きだという部下君。ラーメンコンシェルジュの方が本職とはまだカミングアウトできないけど、味の好みを聞いてほりうちを紹介した。

五臓六腑に染み渡る清湯スープ。豚骨出汁のシンプルな醤油味だが、これが飲み飽きしないんだよなぁ。

ツルモチの麺は、しっかりコシがありつつ、エッジはピロピロ。タマランチ故会長だ。
大盛りを頼んでいた部下君もうまいうまいと食べていたので何より。掴みはオッケーだったかな(笑)

夜は部下君の歓迎会。予約なしでは無理だろうと思いつつ覗いてみた。

シマチョウが最高だけど、どれもこれも美味いし安い！やはりここは最高の店だなぁ。後輩君と部下君に｢今日は俺が出しちゃるから、遠慮は無用｣とか先輩っぽく言い放ったところ、マジっすか〜とかいいながら、カルビ&ロースを二回ずつお替りしやがったという事実😱まぁ、これから頑張ってもらうんだから、たまにはいいやね〜😭
