冷やし中華は誰しも食べたことがあると思うが、この世に冷やしラーメンなるものがあるのは知らない人も多いだろう。山形は栄屋本店が発祥と言われているが、氷入りのキンキンに冷えた中華スープに、締まった中華麺が鎮座するシロモノ。山形の人に言ったら怒られるかもしれないが、正直冷やし中華の方が好きだった(殴)河北町のつったい(冷たい)肉そばは超絶美味いけど、やっぱり中華そばは温かいスープで飲みたいやね、と思ったことを思い出したのは、このPOPを見たからだ(笑)

舎鈴さんの冷かけラーメン。面白そうじゃんということで、チャレンジしてみた。

魚介の効いたスープ。口の周りが油でペトペトするのがちとアレだが、鰹の風味が良く、あっさりとした見た目よりもしっかり旨味を感じるもの。

スクエア状の中太麺は六厘舎系列だけあって甘みと風味が良いもの。

ということで、これはなかなか上手くまとめてきた一杯と思った。なにより、駅前で590円というのは驚きを通り越して呆れてしまうほど。これからの暑い夏には大いにアリだな。
