昼前に高気圧ボーイの医者に行く。

血液検査の結果の説明では、中性脂肪がやや高い事を除けば全て基準値未満。高気圧の原因もホルモン異常からきているものでは無いとのこと。こさえてきた3ヶ月の血圧の推移表を見せ、1日1万歩、血液浄化を心がけていると伝えたところ、素晴らしいとの評を頂いた😅薬はどうしますかと言われたが、この薬大好きなので2ヶ月分ちょうだいと言ったところ、結果が優秀だったからOK牧場ですだって(嬉)

ご褒美のランチは、病院の隣のムスブ田町にある、わんたん麺酒家広州市場ヘ。

ムスブの中でも最も人気のある店だ。

  • 海老ワンタン麺ミニ(682円)

オーソドックスな中華の清湯塩味だが、麺にもワンタンにもベストマッチなスープ。

大ぶりのエビの餡が詰まったワンタンは、皮のツルツルに海老のプリプリの食感が良く、そのまま食べても美味いが、卓上に用意された複数の調味料でもたのしめる。ワンタンが多いので、麺半分のミニでも筆者にはちょうど良いサイズだ。なるほど、これは人気があるのも分かりますなぁ。

夜はワンタンをツマミにして紹興酒を煽るのも良さそうだぞと。

昼過ぎから福島出張。東京から新幹線に乗ると、この状態。

さて、ゆっくり寝ましょうかねと思ったところ、なんで貴様が居るの？のやつ💥💢💥

1か月前にネットから予約した時もガラガーラだったのに、この状況で何故横に座るかね？しかも、昼から飲みやがり、更にはクチャラーだった時には℃「@&(＊＊℃「「@」」)」)(-‘ﾛ’-  )

ストレスフルで福島に到着し、しばしホテルでクールダウン。夜になってI＆Sさんと落ち合い、懇親会。駅前の藤むらさんだ。

和食、釜飯がメインだが、日本酒のラインナップが50種類もあるという。

しかも1合600～700円というお値打ち価格！

今日はこれらのご馳走を、会津中将、権権、七重郎、寫楽、陸奥八仙ワイン酵母仕込で流した。中でも陸奥八仙の酸味と旨味が超絶好みだった。Iさんも本部に対しては色々思いがあるようで、サンドバッグと化して耳を傾けていたとさ🤣
