この３月、ますたにラーメンの跡地にできたラーメン店。六花と書いて「リッカ」と読ませる。六には「リク」という読みもあるが、北海道みやげの六花亭や函館ラーメンで有名な六花は共に「ロッカ」なので、素直にリッカと読める人は少ないだろう。最近キラキラネームが話題に上がったので、ちょっちゅ敏感になってまっただけですけどね😅

醤油らぁ麺、鯵煮干しそば、まぜそば、つけ麺のラインナップ。価格は800円～1,050円と強気の設定た。初訪問のルーティンに習い、まずは醤油ラーメンを食べてみた。

レンゲを使わないで丼を傾けると、マイルドな鶏油がズバッと入ってきて、鴨と鶏のインパクトがガツ～ンとくる。素直に美味いと思った。

カネジン製の麺は全粒粉のもの。小気味よい食感だが、小麦の風味強くなく、特段の特徴は感じられなかった。カネジンならもっと良い麺を作りそうだが。

チャーシューは薄切りの肩ロースと鶏胸肉の二種類。味は良いが、もうちょい大きくしてほしいかなと思う。

真面目に作られたのは判るが、新鮮味に乏しく、食べ進むにつれて最初のインパクトがゲインしていくのが残念。鴨ラーメンならば、舎鈴の鴨出汁590円ラーメンでも良いんでないかい？と思ってしまった😅さりとて、長らく愛したますたにラーメンの跡地ということで、応援はしたい。ゆっく。全シリーズ食べてみたいと思う。

個人的にチャーハンは酒のアテと思っているが😋完食率驚異の99.3%とか訳の分からぬ数値を見せられた時には、ちょっと釣られてみますかね(笑)
