ニンニクがパない😮‍💨さすがにやり過ぎだろー。人に会う予定がある時は絶対無理だ(苦笑)辛味ソースは、味噌のまろやかなコクが強く、めっちゃ美味い。酢をたっぷりまわしてやれば、辛×酸×コクを同時に楽しめる。

デフォは細麺だが、チゲ味噌同様平打ちの方が美味い気がするぞと。

大宮坦々麺、辛味の追加でとても美味くなったが、いかんせんニンニクが強すぎて頼む機会を考えてしまうぞと。
