在宅勤務日。統計作業で一日中PCとにらめっこしていた👀ランチは夏休みの坊主Bと倖佳へ。

  • 塩ラーメン(650円)

筆者はお決まりの塩ラーメン。鶏のマイルドな出汁が綺麗なスープに溶け込んでいる。

平打ちの麺はピロピロの食感が良く、スープとの相性もバッチリ。万人に受け入れられるラーメンだ。ちと残念だったのがチャーシュー。固く、筋部分を噛み切るのに難儀した。

坊主Bはつけ麺を食べた。

綺麗なラーメンとは対極にあるドロドロオイリーなスープ。鶏を煮込んだとあるが、正直、何味なのかが分からないものになっている🤔せっかく美味しいラーメンのスープがあるのだから、清湯スープ系でつけ麺を食べてみたいぞと。
