思い出したくもないナントカ宣言の中、ここもしばらく店を閉めていた。

家賃も高いだろうし、大丈夫かなと案じていたが、不死鳥のように復活していたという事実👋厨房には店主1人と3名(新人)の店員。随分多いなと思ったが、3名は東南アジア系の外国人だった😅

スープはやや赤みが強く、髄から出るエグ味が微かに気になった。バターのようなマイルドさも影を潜めたが、再オープンということで許容範囲としておこうか(笑)

何はともあれ再会できて良かった。今後は、この外国人店員がどう味をキープしていくかがキーになるだろう。
