春の訪れ。この季節は、何か新しいことを学びたい、チャレンジしたいという気持ちになるもの。日記をワードプレスのプログ化したのも、そういった心境の表れでもある。難しいのはこのモチベーションをキープすることであって、筆者が一年中やる気満々な人間だったならば、今とは違ったバラ色の珍生を歩んでいたと思う。でもね、社会に入って20数年、お燗も、風呂も、生活も、ぬるぬるで生きてきたので、これを眠眠打破して猪突猛進とは、なかなかいかんのですよね、、、（泣）

冷水でギュッと締められた蕎麦は風味良く美味。天カスとつゆのマリアージュも絶妙な塩梅だ。しばらく、この一杯がランチのベースとなりそうだ。
