秋田出張日。ランチは蒲田駅で途中下車し、とんかつ屋のまるやま食堂で。

当店が檍(あおき)の丸山さんの流れを汲むのかは知らないが、林のSPFポーク(無菌豚)を使用しているところは同じ。

極上ロースかつ定食


どこまでも柔らかい肉質で、上品な旨味がにじみ出てくる。脂身は思わず唸り声が出てしまうほどに甘くコクがあるもの。文句なしに美味かった。今は無き丸山桔平ほどの繊細さこそないが、街のとんかつ屋のレベルからしたら抜き出ている。今回は少々奮発したが、この質の肉であれば十二分にリーズナブル。再訪必至店だ。
蒲田は名店と呼べる店が多くがあって羨ましいぞと！
