ラーメン二郎を喜んで食べるぐらいだから、食事のカロリーなんぞ大して気にはしていない。が、とある動画サイトで「かつやのかつ丼を食べてはいけない理由」とか、かつやの全ファンを敵に回すようなタイトルが目に入ってしまったもんだから、怒りを覚えつつ覗いてみた。すると、ノーマルのかつ丼(梅)が1,127kcalで、筆者が普段食べているかつ丼（竹）は1,338kcalという超絶ハイパーカロリーを叩き出していたという事実。

いくら気にしないとはいっても、カップヌードル(353kcal)約4個分相当であること、人間ドックのドクターには座り仕事がメインなので一日1,550kcalを目指しなさいと言われているところで、コレを食べたら212kcalしかライフゲージが残っておらず、夜はハイボール1杯で凌がなくてはならない計算となるわけだ。ちなみに、ラーメン二郎の小がおよそ1,400kcalといわれており、筆者はそれの約半分の麺量で食べるので、多く見積もっても1,200kcalくらいと思われるが、それと比べても驚くばかり。今後、かつやとの付き合い方を考え直す必要があるな。。。いや〜サヨナラはしたくない！(泣)

ということで、ビビったランチは松屋に日和る。ちなみに、松屋のカロリーは牛丼の並で711kcalなので、一日2杯も食べられる計算だ(笑)
