名古屋だぎゃ～。会社に寄って雑務を片付け、ダッシュで新幹線に乗る。時間のないランチは経由地の鶴舞で降り、駅前の幸先坂へ。

乳化系クリーミーな鶏白湯スープに魚介をマリアージュ。うま～っ！てこれはかつてない、新しいテイストだ。

全粒粉入り平打ちの細麺はツルツルとしてコシもあり、まるでパスタのリングイネのような食感。全粒粉の香ばしい風味が素晴らしく美味い。

めったにやらない完マクを決め込んでしまった。これが筆者の答えです👌イタリア〜ンな超美味い一杯に出会えてヒデキかんげき〜(殴)

みよしの研修センターで先生方の研修と試験コースのセッティングを実施して本日の仕事は完了。名古屋の夜はＳ先生と一献。ノーアイデアでぶらぶらと歩き、新幹線口から10分ほど歩いたところにある、やきとり竹橋へ。

どれもこれも、質が高く、お世辞抜きで美味い。先生と、「うみゃ～うみゃ～」を連発しながら頬張ったという事実。なかでもどえりゃ〜ウマ〜だったのは、せせり、肝、砂肝刺だ。いやはや、名古屋駅の裏側にこんな店があるんですね～。ナイス発見だ！

その後、ウイスキー好きな二人はショットバーを探し求めてウロウロしたが、再開発の激しい裏側にはそんな店はない。地下に潜り、レストラン街をあれこれ紹介してもらっていたところ「味噌煮込みうどんでも食って帰るか」ということになり、先生の言葉に従った。山本屋本店へ。

赤味噌と出汁の強い汁に半煮えのボキボキうどん。へぇ～これが味噌煮込みうどんなのね。よく分かりました。けどね、なーんの具も入ってないのに、1350円は高杉晋作ですよ！(苦笑)
ということで名古屋駅初日の夜は終了。腹パンでホテルに戻ったとさ。
