続くときは続くもの。先週に引き続き、今度は福岡のH局長からお使い業務を依頼された。お世話になりっぱなしのH局長の頼みとあらば、1日でも早く手配せんとイカンばい！ということで、雨の中麻布方面までチャリチャリでいってきましたよ。そして、お約束のランチ(殴)

10人程度の並びだったが、今日は著しく回転が悪い。何で？と覗いたところ、、、

ゲロー！ジュニア氏(総帥の息子さん)だったという事実。普段は夜の担当なのになんでなんで！？(泣) 麺を寸胴に投入してからあまりにも放置時間が長いので、助手さんも気にして麺を触って確認しているのに、彼は仁王立ちのまま。いい加減もう上げてくれよ！と叫びたくなった。通常の固茹でよりも3分は長いと思う。行列が進まないのはこれのせい。

あぼ〜ん。ぐっだぐだのデロデロ麺。日によってスープが乳化してたりそうでなかったり、固めだったり普通だったりすることもある。それも二郎の楽しみではあるけど、こりゃないわ〜😡
総帥の息子ということでお弟子さん達も彼に物申しにくいのはわかるけど、固めオーダーで柔らかめ、何も言わなかったら口に入れたら溶けちゃうレベル。自分で食べて分かってやってるのかな？こんなこと言っちゃ申し訳ないけど、彼がここを仕切るようになったら、本店はこんなに行列はしないだろう。甚だ残念なランチだった。
