清瀬出張日。もともと13時にスタートする会議に呼ばれたのだったが、前日に「明日は10時にスタートとする」旨のメールがコーディネート役の先生からきた。おや、時間が変更になったのだなと理解し、9時半に到着した。しか～し、先生から「時間を間違えてました。13時からです」とな。。。パソコンがあったので時間を潰せたが、なんともな一日の始まりだった。

ランチはkei楽でレバニラ定食と決め打ちしてきた。大雨でずぶ濡れになりつつ、開店15分前に着いて並んでいたところ、時間になって店主が出てきて、「ジャーが壊れてご飯が炊けません。ごめんなさい」だって。今日はなんて日だよｯ!!!

もはや歩く気も失せ、kei楽隣のこんなラーメン店に入る。

筆者的にあまり食指がわかない煮干系の香りが漂う。

  • 中華そば(750円)

二ボ二ボだが、丁寧に仕込まれており、煮干しのエグ味は皆無。無化調ながら、煮干油によるコク、上品な酸味、塩味のバランスが絶妙だ。これはイケる。

ストレートな細麺は、ザックりとした食感。噛めば甘味がにじみ出てきて、小麦の風味良く、スープとの相性もバッチリ。低温調理のチャーシューはしっとり、脂身の甘みが絶品！

いやはや、まさかのお見事な一杯に恍惚となり、朝からのWの悲劇もぶっ飛んだのだった(笑)
