朝、後輩君&部下君から延び延びになっていた筆者の誕生日ランチ会を今日開催したいと言われる。「ここのところ胃腸の調子が悪いから今度にして欲しい」と言ったが、「これからしばらく3人揃って昼に出られる日がないので、今日にして下さい」だって😓あーそうかいそうかいと、腹をさすりつつOK牧場。

宿題店だったぼうずに初入店。弟分のこぼうずには3度ほど行って満足しているが、兄貴分は初めて。

暗く狭い店内は、悪巧みを企てるアジトのような感じ。ワクワクしてしまう😎

  • 塩麹桃豚の炭火炙り定食(1000円)

塩麹に漬けられた桃豚の三枚肉を炭火でファイヤー🔥香ばしさ、脂の甘み、肉の旨味がタマランチ故会長だ。プチプチの玄米、味噌汁も非常に美味い。

 しかし、バラ肉なのでこんなには量はいらないかな～。贅沢をいうなら、こぼうずで出しているロース肉と半々くらいが嬉しいかも？

いずれにしても、1000円も納得のクオリティの高いランチ。ご両人様、ありがとうございました🙏
