滋賀出張日。ひかり号に乗り込み米原経由で守山へ。

今時期、自由席でこんな感じだ😮‍💨
ジャストランチタイムに到着。約束の時間まで少しあったので、コーヒータイム兼用で駅前の喫茶店へ。

エッセン

サンドイッチをはじめ、メニューが豊富！

喫茶店ながら、自家製ハンバーグがチョー美味かった。

ゆっくり時間も潰せて1000円でお釣りがきたという幸せ👍


琵琶湖畔の支部まで移動し夕方までみっちり監査業務。駅前のホテルにチェックイン後、夜の守山駅周辺を探索。すると、ポツネンと佇む怪しげな店に出くわす。

インターネッツに詳しくは出ていなかったが、35分7800円と、夜飯の予算を遥かにオーバーしているのでスルーした(爆)

30分くらい歩き、筆者のセンサーにビビっときたのはこちらの店だ。

よし、今宵は君に決めた🍶

カウンター7席と4つの座席は、木を多用した温もりのある店内。

目移りするメニューも筆者の琴線に触れまくり！

上品に出汁の効いたお通しから、良い店だと確信に至る👌チューハイがソッコーでなくなった。

刺盛り

鮮度の高い鯛、熟成を効かせたマグロとしめ鯖、焼き霜を入れた鰆。それぞれの素材に合った調理法での提供。味の良さは然る事ながら、若い店主はなかなかの腕前だ。


日本酒は滋賀の地酒のみという、いさぎのよい地元愛。松野司、七本槍、杣(そま)の天狗を頂いた。

スペックはいずれも純米吟醸クラスだったが、ふくよかな米の旨味があるもので全て美味かった👍

出汁巻き玉子

使われる卵は有精卵とのこと🐔シルキーかつトロ～リ、コクコクの食感で、べっらぼうに美味い⤴️これをまた食べる為に、守山に来たいと思ったくらいだ(笑)

筆者は、故郷熊本の郷土料理一文字ぐるぐるが好物だが、それのぐるぐるしていないもの。尖っていないマイルドなぬたと、新鮮なネギの食感が最高のアテになる。

だし巻き玉子は小なのに4個くらい使われているようで、ここで原一平君になった🐖
ということで、料理、日本酒共に、五臓六腑に染み渡る素晴らしい店だったとさ🙋会計時、「最高に美味かったデス」と伝えて、店を出たのだった。はー大満足💯
