未だ胃腸がシックリこないが、はうはうの体にあってもラ活に邁進するというね。馬と鹿と書いてバカとは筆者のことをいうのだろう。

長岡生姜醤油ラーメンといえば、青島食堂、オランダ軒が真っ先に浮かぶが、こちらもその一つ。とかいって、実はノーマークだったりする(爆)

  • 味玉中華そば(750円)

ウマママママママ～っ！！！マを7つも付けるほどに美味いよこのスープ！豚骨をベースにした醤油に、生姜をガツンと効かせているもの。豚も生姜も個性の強い素材だが、強×強にして絶妙なバランスを取っている。

麺はストレートの細麺。この個性の強いスープに負けず劣らず、しっかり小麦の風味を味わえる麺だ。トッピングもこのラーメンを完成させるに必要なもの達で、追加トッピングした味玉の味の入れ具合が実に見事だった。
